Keep it Kernow Prize Draw

  • Your business or organisation will be automatically entered into the ‘Keep it Kernow’ FREE prize draw when your business or organisation is registered on the ‘keep it kernow’ directory for Cornwall.
  • Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK. Employees of ‘Keep it Kernow’ (MA Design) or any of its subsidiary companies, their families or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter a business or organisation into this prize draw although they are entitled list their business or organisation on the ‘Keep it Kernow’ directory without receiving prize draw entry.
  • By entering, the participating business or organisation agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • ‘Keep it Kernow’ will be providing a new vehicle (Car) to be won in this prize draw. The make and model of the vehicle may vary from the model being displayed on the ‘Keep it Kernow’ website.
  • The winner of this prize draw will be selected at random from all valid Keep it Kernow registrants.
  • This FREE prize draw will be ongoing until ‘Keep it Kernow’ notifies otherwise.
  • There will be a new free prize draw every time ‘Keep it Kernow’ register 3000 members, all valid members/listings will be entered into each prize draw.
  • The winning business or organisation will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the prize draw selection taking place.
  • The prize must be claimed by the winning business or organisation within 3 months of notification.
  • None of the prizes provided by ‘Keep it Kernow’ are transferable and cash alternatives will not be available.
  • ‘Keep it Kernow’ will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to prizes following presentation of product to winning business or organisation and replacements cannot be issued.
  • Winning businesses or organisations will be requested to participate in publicity and promotions organised by ‘Keep it Kernow’ which will include photographs.

  • Details of the winning business or organisation will be made available following the prize draw presentation.

  • ‘Keep it Kernow’ reserve the right to withdraw this prize draw or amend the prize draw Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
